At Lefoyer Realty Private Limited ("Lefoyer Realty," "we," "our," or "us"), we aim to create a transparent, trusted, and seamless platform for developers to showcase their premium projects to high-intent buyers. This Developer Policy outlines the terms, expectations, and obligations for developers partnering with us.
Eligibility for Partnership
To partner with Lefoyer Realty, developers must:
Be legally registered companies or entities under applicable laws.
Hold all necessary project approvals, licenses, and clearances.
Commit to providing accurate and up-to-date project information.
We reserve the right to verify documents before granting platform access.
Listing and Content Standards
Developers must ensure that:
All submitted project details are accurate, current, and free of misleading information.
All media (images, videos, brochures) are authentic and appropriately licensed.
Pricing, amenities, delivery timelines, and other specifications are clearly stated and updated promptly if changes occur.
Misrepresentation or false advertising may lead to immediate removal from the platform.
Use of Developer Dashboard
Upon verification, developers will receive access to a dedicated dashboard to:
Manage project listings.
Upload and update media and project details.
Monitor lead inquiries and buyer engagement.
Access marketing support tools (as applicable).
It is the developer’s responsibility to maintain updated and accurate information on their dashboard.
Lead Management
Lefoyer Realty may:
Pre-screen buyer inquiries before forwarding to developers.
Assist in scheduling meetings or site visits between buyers and developers.
Offer marketing campaigns or lead nurturing services as part of premium packages.
Developers are expected to respond to buyer leads promptly and professionally.
Marketing and Promotion
Developers may opt for:
Basic listings (standard visibility).
Featured listings (priority visibility, premium campaigns).
Custom marketing campaigns (subject to service agreement).
All promotions will comply with Lefoyer Realty's brand standards and quality guidelines.
Compliance and Documentation
Developers must:
Comply with all applicable real estate, RERA, and consumer protection laws.
Furnish proof of project approvals, land titles, environmental clearances, and other relevant documentation upon request.
Notify Lefoyer Realty immediately of any changes in project status, such as sold-out inventory, regulatory issues, or delays.
Confidentiality
All lead data, platform insights, buyer interactions, and proprietary marketing materials shared with developers must be treated as confidential and used solely for partnership purposes.
Termination
Lefoyer Realty reserves the right to suspend or terminate a developer's access if:
There is repeated violation of policies.
False information or unethical practices are reported.
There is non-compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Developers may also request account termination by providing 15 days' written notice.
Limitation of Liability
While Lefoyer Realty strives to generate high-quality leads and visibility, we do not guarantee the sale of inventory. Developer participation does not imply endorsement, and all real estate transactions remain between the developer and the buyer.
